Frequently Asked Questions

After completing an investigation of your claim Pinnacol may file an admission with the Division of Worker’s Compensation.  You may receive a copy of this decision, a General Admission of Liability (GA) if accepted or a Notice of Contest (NOC) if accepted. Each time your benefits are adjusted you will receive a copy of the amended decision we file with the DOWC.  If you have specific questions about the admissions paperwork you received please contact your claims representative.
